Sea Salt Body accepts refunds or replacements within 7 days of receiving your order given it meets the following criteria. If you believe that your product has arrived damaged or faulty, please follow the steps below:

Damaged or Faulty Products

Notification: Please send us an email at info@seasaltbody.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damaged or faulty product as well as the packaging it arrived in.

Review Process: We will review your case promptly and notify you of the outcome. This may include confirming the damage or fault and determining the appropriate solution.

Options: In the case of a confirmed damaged or faulty product, we will at our discretion either provide you with a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.

Standard Return Policy

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept any change of mind and will not refund or replace the product for that reason. Please read the ingredients list carefully as we do not accept refunds or replacements for any reasons pertaining to allergies to ingredients disclosed. 

Receipt: Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

We only offer exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@seasaltbody.com.
